Here’s the latest Molecular Mixology take on a classic island cocktail that I’ve been playing around with.
It’s made of Cruzan dark rum, over Coconut water Ice Cubes with a coconut-nutmeg foam, garnished with Pineapple Rum Pearls, served in a hollow breadfruit cup…
