Catherine Zeta-Jones-ing
I hate Michael Douglas. Yes, it has everything to do with his Marriage to Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Everything.
I don’t trust him. He has shifty eyes and an untrustworthy mane of silver hair. Politician hair.
Look at this quote.
“From the moment I met Catherine and we formed our family, I was a new man, very different from the one I used to be. This is the result of my everyday life with her, of the intense love we have for each other, of the great need for each other that we have, and of the great respect that we have for one another. There is a time when you become sarcastic, you lose the passion, and, when you are blessed again, and you have the fortune to love somebody the way I love my wife, you understand that you have to nurture your partner and not take everything for granted. What a marvelous gift!”
Ah! Can’t you just smell what a manipulative, mysogonistic, stinging centipede he is? How dare he say such things about the wonderful CZJ!
Here’s one more quote from that silver tongued charlatan, Mr. Douglas.
“Revenge is a very good motivation if you can direct it. It’s healthy. Very healthy”
Revenge? Good idea… How about some Ice Cold Delicious Revenge?
Catherine Zeta-Jones-ing

Almost as awesome as the real thing...
Whatcha Need
1 bottle of blanco tequila (I prefer Hurradurra Silver)
1 bag dried Hibiscus flowers
Lavender Syrup
1 lime
1/2 lemon
1 egg white
Lets Make it!
Hibiscus Tequila
First, take your bag of Hibiscus and add it to the Tequila. You’ll have to transfer it to a larger container with a lid, make sure there is room enough for you to agitate (shake) it twice a day. Let this infusion sit for about a week, agitating twice a day. After a week, strain it and throw out the Hibiscus Mash.
Lavender Syrup
I have found that making a simple syrup with the ratio of 2 cups white sugar, 1 cup water and 8 oz dried lavender to work best. Bring all to a boil then reduce to low heat for about 15 minutes, or when it’s reduced by 1/4. Stirring occasionally. This makes a great, rich flavorful lavender syrup.
Build It!
2 1/2 oz Hibiscus tequila
1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
fresh juice of 1 lime and 1/2 lemon
1 egg white (for the frothy goodness factor)
Combine all ingredients over ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy, while internally reeling that an opossum faced slag like Michael Douglas gets his bacon cooked by your cocktails namesake every morning…
